A wine with a dark red colour and brick-red highlights. The nose reveals a complex bouquet with notes of black fruits (blackberries, cherries) fresh and candied, sweet spices and a discreet breeding with sweet wood scents. The mouth is powerful and rich. The tannins are silky and elegant. We find the aromatic palette of black fruits and of black fruits and noble wood. The finish is long and balanced with a lot of of freshness.
Head of the vintage of a very beautiful Chateau des Baux de Provence, this vintage called "Mogador" was downgraded to Vin de France at the time of the declaration of the harvest following an internal administrative problem.
Drink now or in 10 years.
It is a racy and deep wine, with great ageing potential if you wish to wait for it or to cosommer on your autumn and winter dishes.
