A discreet nose that becomes more powerful when aired, white and exotic fruits mingle with broom. The rich palate reveals a welcome liveliness on the finish.
Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris are cultivated on the old Garonne river bed composed of quartzite and granite gravel. Vinification and ageing in earthenware jars preserve the identity of this dry white wine.
To be enjoyed now. To be served between 12 and 14°C.
Perfect to accompany a seafood platter. The freshness of this white wine goes well with cooked fish.
