Parcel selection of our finest Syrah, our oldest Carignan and our finest Grenache Noir. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels with extremely fine wood grains. The color is purple, the nose is of plum, prune and candied cherry associated with chocolate and menthol notes, spices and aromatic herbs, the mouth is fleshy, tasty, between fruit and spices. The notes of breeding are delicate and well controlled, the final persistent.
