Pale gold with green highlights. Its six months in barrel add a note of buttered toast. On the palate, round and soft at heart, slightly honeyed, it attacks with ardor and then balances on a delicate retroolfaction of exotic fruits and white flowers.

This cuvée La Sélection blanc is vinified and matured for 6 months in new French barrels, which is atypical of the Corbières appellation.
