The deep, almost black color announces an intense, complex and fine nose combining overripe fruits, blackcurrant, black olive, undergrowth and cinnamon. Aromas of blackberry jam and tapenade blossom in a round mouth to which light tannins give personality.
The word of the Winemaker, :
Typical of the Corbières appellation by the dominance of carignan grape variety, old vines of more than 50 years.
