The Cousu Main reveals itself on the nose with notes of white fruit, pear and peach, with this floral pattern specific to the viognier. The palate is fat and tense, with floral markers on the nose, followed by white peach, fine notes of roasted hazelnuts that extend into a beautiful length.

Two plots of Chardonnay and Viognier with very low yields with a breeding in half-muids of 600 litres and in ovoid cement vats. Our great white of the Lot.
