Beautiful pale gold color with some silver nuances, very bright and limpid. The nose is rather pleasant with notes of yellow fruits like peach, apricot, but also some floral notes (boxwood, acacia). We also detect in the background some lemon and grapefruit aromas. The aeration is enriched by a discreet touch of broom which is clear. The attack in mouth is frank, fresh, straight and well perfumed.

Dès l'ouverture, le nez s'exprime très bien sur des notes de fruits frais. La bouche est souple avec une jolie salinité et une certaine droiture. Très bien sur les fruits de mer.
