Aged in oak barrels for a year, this wine is born of an ever-stronger desire to achieve perfection. It is the result of a life's struggle, the very expression of a terroir. A sober, delicate and fruity wine with arabica, raspberry and blackcurrant notes. This wine is an invitation to wisdom. It is nevertheless necessary to know how to forget it for a while (in the cellar of course), to be able to admire all its sensuality.

Nous avons fait une dégustation Vin/Fromage avec 16 amis.6 Vins et 9 Fromages.Nous avons goûté ce vin avec du Brie de Meaux, du Bleu d'Auvergne, du Camembert, du pont l'Evêque et du St Nectaire.Ce médoc n'a pas "enthousiasmé les foules" qui ont trouvé un rapport plaisir/prix un peu élevé.Bon, les goûts et les couleurs.......

Bonjour, avec le bleu d'Auvergne ça doit pourtant être pas mal, les autres étaient peut-être un peu forts, je les aurais plutôt accompagnés d'un Château Calmeyrac par exemple, plus tannique et intense... Ce sera pour la prochaine fois?!
