Tasting: Pale yellow colour with green tints. Nose of citrus fruits and white flowers. The palate is round with aromas of white fruits, pear and white peach. The finish is invigorating with exotic notes.
Vinification: skin maceration for Sauvignon and direct pressing for Chardonnay. Each grape variety is vinified separately to reveal their typicity, then blended to harmonize the cuvée.
Drink now or keep for 1 to 2 years. Serve chilled.
