A wine with a deep purple color and complex aromas of red fruits, crushed blackcurrant, and spicy notes of black pepper. A discreet woodiness on the finish gives a perfect balance to this wine suitable for aging.
The word of the Winemaker, :
2013 is a small vintage for our region, due to a very complicated and rainy pre-harvest season. Nevertheless, thanks to an early harvest and adapted winemaking techniques, our Haut-Goujon Montagne 2013 remains balanced today with a fresh nose and a harmonious palate.+

Ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est que le vigneron préconise(sur les bouteilles) un temps de garde de 3 ou 4 ans ce qui impliquerait une consommation pour fin 2017 au plus tard....?

Bonjour Monsieur, en effet il s'agit de la maturité , c'est un millésime plutôt léger donc à ne pas conserver trop longtemps. Snon en principe nos vins vont jusqu'à 10 ans d'âge pour les Montagne St Emilion.

Merci pour votre réponse, en effet il serait très étonnant que ce millésime tienne 10 ans...Pour ma part je ne prendrai pas le risque car il est très agréable à boire dès maintenant.

Nos soirées de vacances en furent enivrées, pardon? nous ne buvons que du bon vin? Oui nous l'assumons bien. A ouvrir un peu avant le dîner. Sur des viandes, on s'est régalés!
