Destemming, maceration for 16 days for Merlot and Malbec and 12 days for Cabernet Sauvignon, vinification temperature of 27°, malolactic fermentation in new barrels, medium toast. Aged in barrels for 14 months, indigenous yeast, pneumatic pressing.

Great vintage which arrives at its peak. The tannins are melted, silky, with a discreet but present woodiness. Tertiary aromas appear from the natural aging of the wine in our cellar. To accompany game, white meats, as well as cheeses, and why not a chocolate dessert. Do not hesitate to open it a little before tasting.
