Château Haut-Peyrat - château haut-peyrat - Rouge - 2016
14€50

Deep ruby colour with brilliant reflections. The nose is pleasant with aromas of red and black fruits and then moving towards spices. In the mouth, a fleshy attack that restores the fruity aromas perceived on the nose.

Tasting

When ?

To be served with a simple and authentic cuisine! From now on, and can be kept for between 5 and 10 years. Serve between 15 and 17°C.

How ?

You will appreciate this wine now or after a few years in the cellar with grilled or cooked meats (beef, duck, lamb), traditional game and dishes (stews, steak with Bordeaux sauce), or a beautiful cheese platter.

The Wine Estate

Château Haut Peyrat is located on the heights of Cambes, a village on the banks of the Garonne, 20 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux. It has the particular appeal of a splendid 20 hectare terroir, mixed with 20 hectares of woods and meadows, revealing a delicate and rare balance of biodiversity. Almost all of the vineyard is located on hillsides, facing south-east to south-west and most of the soil and plots are composed of silver gravel.
