From the first nose, the solar vintage is felt with notes of plums, mirabelle plums, then notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. The silky attack gives way to a tannic structure that is both fresh and velvety. The finish of this wine gives it a classic style, with a lot of freshness and a good length. Its ageing potential is around 15 years. It should be decanted one to two hours before serving.
