The dress is red sustained, with ruby reflections. The tannins are silky and ripe. It presents aromas of blackcurrant and candied cherry that continue on a spicy, animal (leather) and slightly smoky finish. A perfect marriage between the old vine Grenache noir and the Mourvèdre.
The word of the Winemaker, :
Blend of the terroir linked to the old complantation : 50% black Grenache and 50% Mourvèdre. Exuberance is ready, fruity and greedy. A daring choice much appreciated by our discerning customers!

Un vin qui se découvre et qui surprend, un Corbières hors du commun et moi ce que j’aime c est sortir des clichés et découvrir un travail qui se cache derrière une bouteille.

Merci beaucoup cher Benoit de Nantes! Cuvée Exubérance est un assemblage du terroir comme à l'ancienne. Vendanger les 2 cépages ensemble jusqu'à la fermentation ainsi que la vinification afin d'obtenir un vin parfaitement équilibré. A votre santé!
