The grapes are harvested when ripe and then pressed. The juice thus obtained is then settled and fermented at low temperature. This cuvée is partially vinified in barrels and aged on the lees.
On the nose, we perceive floral and white flesh fruit notes. A touch of vanilla and spicy notes enrich a complex aromatic bouquet.
To be drunk chilled, between 10 and 12°C.
