The grapes are harvested when ripe and then pressed. The juice thus obtained is then settled and fermented at low temperature. This cuvée is partially vinified in barrels and aged on the lees.
On the nose, one perceives floral notes as well as peach and pear aromas. A touch of vanilla and slightly smoky notes enrich a complex aromatic bouquet. On the palate, this wine reveals all its freshness with an acidulous finish.
To be drunk chilled, between 10 and 12°C.
It will perfectly accompany your grilled fish and seafood platters.
