Intense golden robe. The nose is complex, we perceive notes of acacia, honey and honeysuckle. The mouth is smooth and persistent.
Manual harvest by successive sorting. The grapes are selected and sorted according to the presence of noble rot. Traditional vinification of a great region of sweet white wines.
Drink chilled (10 to 12°C).
As an aperitif, with foie gras or, to contrast a little, with blue cheeses.
