This wine comes from a selection of our finest plots. On the nose, red fruits and spices make up a complex aromatic bouquet. The palate is fresh and powerful with a beautiful finish.
The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. After vatting, fermentation is started. The maceration phase lasts about three weeks. The wine is then put into barrels. This maturing phase in barrels (new, one wine and two wines) lasts 12 to 14 months. THE TASTING
