This wine comes from a selection of our finest plots. On the nose, one perceives notes of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry). A touch of vanilla and spicy notes enrich a complex aromatic bouquet. On the palate, this cuvée reveals a powerful tannic structure and a good length.
The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. After vatting, fermentation is started. The maceration phase lasts about three weeks. The wine is then put into barrels. This maturing phase in barrels (new, one wine and two wines) lasts 12 to 14 months. Coup de coeur Guide Hachette 2021
Serve at room temperature 16-18°C.
This wine will ideally accompany your red meats and cheese platters.
