Pale yellow colour with citrine reflections and a very good brilliance. On the nose, it fully expresses its terroir with notes of white-fleshed fruit and white flowers. On the palate, it offers a frank attack and very good acidity to finish on a full-bodied finish.
aromatic wine, well-balanced in the mouth, clean and warm
This dry and aromatic white wine is best served chilled (9-10°C) and should be drunk within 2 years.
Can be served as an aperitif or, according to your tastes, to accompany a mixed salad (nuts, cheese, fish ...), a plain fish dish or fish in sauce (bouillabaisse), shellfish, asparagus,.... To dare with an old comté cheese or parmesan cheese
