Deep garnet colour. The nose is very complex and intense with undergrowth, smoky and dominated by blackberry and wild strawberry. The palate is very delicate, the strength tamed by the wisdom of the tannins, polished by the ageing in barrels. It is full and blends aromas of rosewood, candied plums and always blackberry with slight hints of gunflint.
The Grande Cuvée is distinguished from the other wines of the Château by its atypical blend (with Malbec) but also by its finesse and precision. It is the assembly of Lauduc's 4 Stars.
Serve at any time, from aperitif to cheese, preferably with meat. How ?
Very good with white meat in sauce, but also goes very well with red meat or cheese
