Château le Bouïs - route bleue - Blanc - 2018

With a beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections, this wine with notes of grapefruit, pear and vanilla invites you on a tasty journey. Its balanced and airy mouth reveals roasted aromas.

The word of the Winemaker, :

It was Chantal dit BB Bouis (1970), oenologist diploma in her pocket, who came down from Paris by the blue road to Château le Bouis. It was her idea to plant the white grape varieties 2 kms from the sea in order to bring the iodine freshness so characteristic of this wine.

The Wine Estate

This Château Vigneron, more than 300 years old, is located at the entrance to the beautiful Massif de la Clape. The latter, a small island of the Gallo-Roman era which was attached to the mainland, has more than 2000 years of know-how in the art of winemaking. The terroir, called Corbières Méditerranée, is composed of 49 hectares where the Domaine Château le Bouïs is located, facing south, facing the sea.
