With a beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections, this wine with notes of grapefruit, pear and vanilla invites you on a tasty journey. Its balanced and airy mouth reveals roasted aromas.
It was Chantal dit BB Bouis (1970), oenologist diploma in her pocket, who came down from Paris by the blue road to Château le Bouis. It was her idea to plant the white grape varieties 2 kms from the sea in order to bring the iodine freshness so characteristic of this wine.
As an aperitif, chilled or more temperate, accompanied by a dish.
The Route Bleue cuvée can be enjoyed with baked sea bream, creamed white meat, matured hard cheeses, raclettes or even a Savoyard fondue.
