You will appreciate its beautiful golden yellow colour, its purity and complexity of the nose. Its exquisite freshness in the mouth brings out flavours of white flesh fruits with hints of quince, pear and wax. The volume in the mouth is long and balanced. This cuvée was obtained by successive manual sorting with a yield of 27 hl/ha. It has a sugar content of 110 g/l.

Can be enjoyed now and still evolve well for many years. Serve chilled at around 8 to 10°C.How ?
