A black colour with purple tints. Its nose is concentrated with aromas of violet, black pepper, liquorice and its mouth is structured, full, long and aromatic, with notes of black cherries, blackberries and spices.

Between 18 and 16 degrees. To be decanted preferably.
Enjoy with a roasted quail with chestnuts, a guinea fowl with prunes accompanied by a forest timbale or a filet mignon with créole.
