Château Les Hauts de Caillevel - Fleur Roche - Blanc - 2022

Fleur de Roche has a very engaging nose with original aromas of hawthorn, lemon and a subtle note of cut herbs. Nice balance in the mouth created on the one hand by its freshness and on the other hand by its unctuous touch. The finish lingers in tension and invites to be served again.

The word of the Winemaker, Pierre Etienne Serey :

Fleur de Roche is an organic wine with an original blend: Sauvignon blanc de Sauvignon gris
gris and Chenin.
Another drought, but nothing has stopped our grape varieties firmly rooted in the Rock. A fine balance
between minerality and freshness so characteristic of this cuvée.
Aged 5 months in unfiltered vats.
