Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. On the nose we find a touch of exotic fruits. In the mouth, the attack is rather mineral and we can find aromas of candied fruits and pineapple, with a nice acidity. The end of mouth is very long.

There's a white man with a lot of audacity! Completely unusual for the region with its blend of 1/3 Sauvignon Blanc, 1/3 Sauvignon Gris and 1/3 Chenin and also its beautiful minerality which comes straight from the limestone pebble of Caillevel!!!!!!
