Fruity nose with notes of undergrowth. Lively and spicy attack with melted tannins and notes of ripe red fruits. Elegant and fresh finish.
The word of the Winemaker, :
L'Authentique 2018 is an organic wine, and the fruit of a very fine vintage.
This vintage is a return to the origins of the Hauts de Caillevel. A rich and generous terroir for a wine without artifice. The Authentique gives us aromas of ripe black fruits coupled with a good freshness.
