The colour of the delicate pale dress pays homage to the sunsets that can be admired from the roofs of the Opéra Garnier in Paris. It is radiant with golden reflections. The delicate bubbles give this crémant a persistent foam. The nose is powerful and straightforward, revealing subtle and gourmet aromas, with notes of red fruit and white flowers. The attack in the mouth is precise and elegant, with highly complex aromas. Brioche notes mingle with fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry. The finish lingers on soft and creamy notes.

The Wine Estate

Château l'Hospitalet is located on the La Clape nature reserve, an ancient island in Gallo-Roman times. The estate has more than 1,000 hectares, 82 of which are planted with vines. In the middle of this terroir and garrigue, the vineyard is protected from the vagaries of nature by a cliff.
