This mineral wine combines complexity and roundness in the mouth. Good length and great finesse. Vinification in new barrels for the Semillon and in one year old barrels for the Sauvignon. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring of the lees which ends with a blend of the vintage after 15 months of aging.
