A supple, charming wine, rich in color and full-bodied with tight tannins and a pleasant bouquet of cooked fruits and cedar. A 4 weeks vinification in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. Aged for 33 months, 14 of which in French oak barrels, one third of which are renewed before blending after 9 months of aging, and final blending after 18 months.
