The colour is ruby red with purple highlights. The Nose is intense and complex, with lots of spices, nutmeg, pepper and some candied fruit notes. The palate is very voluminous with fine and melted tannins, the balance gives it a great length on the spices.

Perfect with roasted lamb with Provence herbs, duck with figs, tagliatelle with duck breast, linguine with black truffles, tagliatelle with duck breast.
