The colour is very dense, brilliant, with purple tints. The first nose is very complex and intense around cherry and blackberry. A beautiful sweetness is present on the attack. The mid-palate is very juicy, it Confirms the very fruity nose. The tannins are fine, velvety. The woodiness is well present and nicely blended. The finish is long, a little spicy.

The Wine Estate

Located to the north of the Médoc, Château Méric is located on the tip of the gravel. The particularity of this terroir was that the communes formed 3 islands before the marshes were dried up. The result: a filtering soil with a well exposed and sunny terroir that is even called the Camarague bordelaise.
