A golden yellow colour and a nose with floral aromas, toasted bread and hazelnut. The palate is lively and full with floral flavours, white flesh fruits and citrus fruits. The finish is long, on the freshness with a hint of salinity.
Bourboulenc and clairette aged in barrels give this ample and round side in the mouth with a fruity taste with quince notes.
To be drunk now or kept in the cellar for 5 to 7 years.
Perfect in all seasons on a seafood platter, gratinated oysters, fish in sauce, red mullets with tapenade... But also on dishes such as reblochonnade or fondue savoyarde!
