The only white Vin Doux Naturel Blanc of the Rhône Valley, the AOC Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise dates back to 1943. This Appellation which concerns only two villages (Beaumes-de-Venise and Aubignan) is located on century-old terraces between the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, against the AOC Ventoux.
Alexandre and Frédéric Chaudière have decided to add the freshest possible profile of Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venises to the Château Pesquié range.
A very late and very fresh vintage.
With a light golden colour and silvery reflections, this cuvée offers a complex nose mixing citrus fruit notes, fruit and white flower aromas. The palate is both round and fresh, echoing the aromatic complexity of the nose.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with the traditional Cavaillon melon, but also with foie gras, blue-veined pasta cheeses, strawberries or apricot tart. Serve very chilled, around 7° C.
Très bon muscat. Pas trop liquoreux pour un muscat. Je recommande.
Pour l'apéritif il est très bien
Très aromatique, Parfait entre copines ou une belle salade de fruits rouges
Un bon petit muscat bien enrobé
