When ?

Colour: Clear colour with silvery highlights. Nose: Beautiful bouquet of white flowers and citrus fruits with lime notes. Palate: freshness and tension on the palate, aromas of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit), exotic fruits (litchees) and white fruits.

How ?

Ideal as an aperitif, Terrasses blanc will go well with vegetable-based starters, grilled fish, even some white meats and light cheeses. Operating temperature: 8°C.

Château Pesquié is a family estate nestled for three generations at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the south-east of the Rhône Valley. Un vin parfait pour les beaux jours qui arrivent! Une bonne longueur en bouche et un équilibre très intéressant. Je le vois bien sur un poisson blanc grillé.
