Intense purple colour with garnet hues. Intense and spicy nose with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, plum and menthol. Full on the palate with very rich notes of plum, black fruit and vanilla. Harmonious and generous. Slightly mineral with coated toasted notes, tannins all in lace but structured and opulent. Persistent and complex finish with an ample mouthfeel, revealing notes of spicy cardamom and a touch of chocolate.

To be enjoyed on special occasions with noble dishes, especially red meat or game. To be kept between 10 and 15 years to obtain melted tannins and optimal complexity.How ?
