Bottle 75cL
The word of the Winemaker, Jean-Guillaume & Constance d'Herbès :
The slopes of Pimayon are a clay-limestone hill overlooking the city of Manosque. It is a well exposed and well drained terroir at an altitude of 500 metres. Its name comes from the Provençal Peï Major which means the high point. The wines of this terroir are distinguished by their freshness and finesse.
