This Viognier has a pale gold color and is limpid. The body is rich with fresh and fruity notes, dominated by peach and apricot aromas, accompanied by lemony nuances. The mouth presents a very pleasant attack. The fermentation stopped in progress offers us a sensation of sweetness. The fruit aromas are powerful and correspond to the nose, honeysuckle and violet aromas bring a nice complexity. The sweetness is associated with a touch of acidity creating a nice balance.
