Château Soucherie - Château Soucherie Champ aux loups - Rouge - 2016

A beautiful dark ruby color. The nose displays a juicy fruit on black fruit notes like blackcurrant. The maturity of the grape is good and the aromatic set expresses itself with a great freshness. The aeration gives it another scope on nuances of liquorice and zan; the whole underlined by a point of breeding. The mouth is fleshy with a good chewiness, the wine is tight but the bottom has no tannic severity.

Dans un style très Bordelais, ces vieux cabernets sont d'une grande finesse. Un beau vin rouge de gastronomie. La bouche est concentrée mais très digeste. les tanins sont mûrs. idéalement à conserver en cave quelques années.

Original avec du caractère. Il a les traits d'un vin en biodynamie avec un nez "sauvage". Il est puissant avec des tannins soyeux. Un peu court il va très bien avec du camembert. Il est généreux et opulent.
