A straw gold yellow colour. The nose reveals itself on a nice level of concentration. A complex definition with notes of stewed white fruit, candied quince and a hint of verbena. Full and rich on the palate but without loss of balance. A mouth that stays well in place with a tension and beautiful freshness that makes this wine sapid and harmonious.
