The Wine Estate

Domaine du Haut Médoc, located in Cissac, classified Cru Artisan. It is a human-sized domain, it works with the owner and 2 permanent employees. The grape varieties are 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is managed in a traditional way, low vines, with a high density of 1 meter between each row and 1.2 meter between the vines. The harvest is carried out by hand on our old plots of land...
