It is important to keep it between 9 and 11°C, at a stable temperature.
It can be consumed now and has a potential of keeping for 3 years.
It is advised to open it 1 hour before tasting and to serve it at 17/18°C.
Its freshness allows it to be enjoyed as an aperitif. Its expressive aromas and finesse will go well with parsleyed ham, roast with porcini mushrooms or even with courgettes stuffed with small vegetables. We are already thirsty and hungry for it!
