On his property in Beaujolais, the Domaine des Marcellins, Christophe Pacalet does everything possible to produce great terroir wines: manual harvesting at maximum maturity, meticulous sorting of the grapes, vinification using indigenous yeasts, maturing on fine lees, minimal or no doses of sulphites... He makes it a point of honour to guarantee the typical character of each terroir by working closely with winegrowers...

The Capréoles are surrounded by 3 hectares of vines and offer us Régnié wines of incredible finesse, powerful and long in the mouth. This Cru is located between the Morgon and Brouilly wines. The difference in the level of deterioration of the granitic soil of the estate generates two types of soil. It is this diversity that confers a beautiful complexity to the wines for our greatest pleasure!
