Un super Chenin : bien équilibré entre rondeur et vivacité !
Fraîcheur, un peu de matière aussi, c'est très agréable et on a envie de prendre un deuxième verre... ou plus ! Je recommande sur des fruits de mer et poissons blancs.
J'ai adoré ce vin, il allait très bien avec du poisson.
