Le Mour is a nod to the main grape variety of the cuvée and the Collines de la Moure on which the vineyard grows. It is expressed on notes of coffee liqueur, pepper and blackberry jams. A lot of minerality on the palate, with smoky notes. The powdered tannins give it delicacy

Best enjoyed with a young vintage for the ardour of mourvèdre and its peppery and spicy aromas, it can be kept for several years in the cellar.
To be enjoyed with duck, a bib with shallot, Mediterranean cuisine.
