Our story

Not coming from a winegrower's family, nothing destined me to become a farmer one day except a growing desire from a very young age to be a farmer to work in contact with the land and make my wine.
This long-awaited dream will become a reality in 2014 with the purchase of a unique 2.7 Ha parcel of goblets dating from 1966 planted on sandy soil, which I have decided to name "le clos des Serènes" in homage to the multicoloured birds also called bee-eaters, guests of my plot of land who nest in the sandy mounds bordering it. I fell in love with this parcel immediately and I have been trying since then to bring out the singularity of a wine made from it
.

I cultivate this plot of land on my own, most of the operations are manual and without any chemical inputs. Harvesting is manual with sorting by plot if

necessary.

At the winery, the philosophy is the same: the wine is made with respect for the integrity of the raw material: without inputs, fermentation is done naturally by indigenous yeasts, and the wine is neither fined nor filtered. Only a slight addition of sulphur is made before bottling to ensure optimal conservation of the product.
