A year marked by a mild winter, a dry spring and a moderate summer, which resulted in an earlier harvest than 2013. As for the harvest, it is 35% lower. Harvest: Perfect weather conditions, dry and hot days (34°C). It is a vintage marked by magnificent acidities highlighting a very expressive fruit (apricot and honey), fat and tasty with a great freshness, supported by an alcohol level of 13° and a residual sugar in the average (around 5-7gr/l).

A subtle white wine born on the lutean limestones, of a bright white colour, which surrounds the hills of glacial ochre red glacial grezes bordering the Gassac stream.
