A very good attacking material. Powerful on the palate with present but smooth, mellow tannins. On the palate, we find cinnamon, vanilla, ripe and jammy cherries. On the finish, the touch of freshness that draws on citrus fruits and the mineral structure that is the hallmark of the estate's vintages.
To be served with a simple and authentic cuisine between 17 and 18°C
Goes very well with red meat such as prime rib of beef, risotto with porcini mushrooms, truffle egg scramble
