"Hugo" is the marriage of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). Its minerality is refreshing, and very elegant. The mouthfeel is fruity, rich, powerful, with a nice finish, which will encourage you to take a second glass to appreciate its complexity.

In the family estate, you have found the next generation of winegrowers with this Cuvée. This cuvée is dedicated to my son Hugo. Harvested at maximum maturity, this cuvée has been selected from our oldest vines. Cold vinified and aged on fine lees.
