It has a pale pink color with a silver tint. Its mouth is refreshing, its structure is rather round, it will bring you aromas of small red fruits. You will find peppery notes brought by the Pineau d'Aunis, and roundness, brought by the Cabernet Franc. The finish is round and supple, and will charm all palates.

This Rosé is worked with a soft pressing for an optimal extraction of the color. Vinified cold, and aged on fine lees.
